This time—Play ball!! We’ve snuck into the much-anticipated, first-ever joint real-life event!

I talked about this in a previous article, but let me explain again! The Nijiholo Exchange Battle 2025 is the first joint real-world event between Nijisanji and hololive! It’s an amazing collaboration where they use the baseball and training sim game 'Pro Yakyuu Spirits 2024-2025' to create original players modeled after members from Nijisanji and hololive, form the strongest teams, and aim for victory in this battle event!

And the venue was none other than the baseball dome 'ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO' in Hokkaido! Not only could you watch the event unfold in person, but there were also super cute panel displays! It’s great not just to enjoy the performances, but to also enjoy fun photo spots like these~!! ......Though, I think I saw a rather fearsome person pass by while I was watching......

Recording the match was prohibited, so I didn’t—but it truly felt like watching a real baseball game! It was surprisingly exciting—you didn’t know who would win until the end, and that uncertainty really gave the sense of watching a live match! The more VTubers you know, the more fun this event becomes—it was very satisfying!
