Takamiya Rion, who has long loved Shoten, has been specially invited! The Shoten 60th Anniversary Special Exhibition, now including a Nijisanji display, has been announced!

This collaboration is actually pretty incredible! Shoten first began airing in an era when color TVs had less than a 1% household penetration rate—something almost unimaginable today.

It’s the second longest-running entertainment program in Japan, and basically everyone in Japan knows about it. It’s an amazingly legendary show!

In fact, Nijisanji’s Takamiya Rion-Chan has openly talked on her own channel about being a huge Shoten fan for a long time, and thanks to that connection, she’s now participating in the 60th anniversary exhibition.

It’s honestly hard to believe...... this collaboration is just too amazing! Among the displays of past cast members, there’s also a Shoten-themed Rion-Chan, and fans are saying it’s incredible!
